Q: Permitting?
A: You can pull all your own permit, we can help you through the process.
We can pull permits for a fee; depending on location.
Q: How long does it take to get my building?
A: Installation times are forecasted by the factory, in most cases, 6-8 weeks after the permit is pulled and site work passes any needed inspection's.
Q: What is the wind-speed rating of our building?
A: 105-150 mph standard and 105-170 mph Wind-LOA optional, this can be mandatory depending on location and regulations.
Q: How are the buildings mounted?
A: If mounted to concrete wedge bolts are used. If ground mounted anchors or rebar are used.
Q: What gauge metal do we use for our frame?
A: (2x2) 14 gauge is standard and 12 GA is optional
Q: What gauge metal is our roof metal?
A: Due to the high winds in Florida we use 26 Gauge standard, 29 Gauge, is used in other states.

All Buildings 32' to 60' wide require a 7000lb lift with a 42' reach.
Q: Do We Offer Insulation?
A: Yes! Insulation is available. It makes a huge difference in the Florida sun. R15 Rated and is also a heat barrier that reflects the heat. If you don't put it in when the building is installed, chances are you never will...this can be a big regret.
